    PEDRING HITS THE PHILIPPINES

    The Philippine was hit last week September 20, 2011, Tuesday by the typhoon named “Pedring” or the international name “Nesat“. Pedring cause about 15 metro road accidents. Typhoon Pedring is very strong, it brought heavy rains and strong air. The PAGASA or the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Service Administration, typhoon “Pedring” spotted about 100 kilometers east of Baguio City. The PAGASA were announced the stormed alert in different provinces as of Tuesday September 20, 2011 at 11 am. The signal no. 3 was about 100-185 kph winds, the places was Ilocos Sur, Abra, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Benguet, La Union, Nueva Vizcaya and Pangasinan. The signal no. 2 was about 60-100 kph winds was in the place of Apayao, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Zambales, Pampanga, Tarlac, Bulacan, Bataan and in Metro Manila while the signal no. 1 was about 45-60 kph winds, the places that was also a storm alerts was in the Babuyan and Calayan Group of Islands, Northern Quezon in including the Polilio Island, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas, Lubang Island and in the Cavite. The typhoon Pedring affects 34 domestic flights last Monday, September 26, 2011 sue to the severe weather brought by the typhoon. There were many accidents because of the typhoon, the accidents were cause because of the slippery roads and near-zero appearance it is due to the strong rains. The government work and classeswas suspended. Typhoon “Pedring” hits the land and it causes one dead and four missing. The NDRRMC or the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council reported that the one year old baby boy falling off a creek going to the Bato River. They also said that there were 100,000 people in Albay province that was ordered to move in safer areas. The missing person in the Quezon City was about three persons and one person in the Aurora province. There was also a 33 fisherman missing that was rescued in the Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte. The typhoon “Pedring” produce flooding and landslide, The typhoon left many problems in the Philippines. There were many places and people that was suffered in flood because of the heavy rain cause by the Typhoon “Pedring”. The trees, houses, electricity, vehicles, agricultural business and many more are destroyed by the typhoon. People becomes too scared because they remember the cause and problems that typhoon Ondoy brought to the country. Many people suffered, Last Wednesday September 28, 2011 the typhoon “Pedring” maintains to move away in the Philippine area of Responsibility. People who is not a victim of the typhoon should help. There so many victims of the typhoon because it destroy many things. People can help by giving can goods, clothing and people can donate money even if it is a small and big amount.
