    After Typhoon Pedring, typhoon Quiel came in the Philippines

    The Philippines is not yet move on because of the problems that brought by the typhoon Pedring, then there was another typhoon that hit the Philippine Area of Responsibilty and that typhoon is Typhoon Quiel or the international name “Nalgae”. The location of Center as of 10am is 1,150 kilometers East of Aparri Cagayan, the strength is about the maximum sustained winds of 110 kilometers per hour near the center of the gustiness of up to 140 kilometers per hour. The typhoon Quiel causes one killed and one injured. The people along the places that will affect and destroy or the places which was in the State of Calamity recommended to evacuate. The government make an action to the things that happened brought by the two typhoons. The typhoon Quiel brought big damages and it also destroy the province of Isabela, they also help until now the victims of the flood and landslide by helping them in giving a relief goods.

    The government also each of the people should help every people who suffered from typhoon. The victims of the typhoons need food and clothing. In a small and big way of giving help is very important to all the victims.
