    Back in the day opening a website such as a forum would be easy to manage just by creating your site and adding the required software or script.  Internet communities are getting harder and harder to manage.  There are community members that keep disobeying the rules of your website.  Such as using foul language, bullying or spamming your community website.  Eventually your community will have less and less active members when your site is not managed.  Now, we can provide you a well-trained community moderator who is responsible for the moderation of your website online community areas, including comments.  They are the one who is responsible in terms of deciding to remove or reinstate content reported by website visitors as potentially offensive.  They regularly monitor online community area guideline and deal with such content appropriately.  Our comminity moderators will going to report and track on going moderation issues.  They are the one who is providing input to develop and implement community strategies, policies and guideline where appropriate.  Even the facebook page was also handled by our community moderator.  This is to help the stake holder to decide in suspension and banning of users who post inappropriate content.  Having a community moderator will help you ensure that the online community is maintained as a safe and fun environment.  They regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the community team, produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes and they also implement the online community moderation strategy by coordinating with stakeholders across the company to ensure the effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service.
