Typhoon ‘Ineng’ enters PAR, may be a super typhoon

Tropical storm Ineng may be a supertyphoon.  It has an  international code name of Ma-on.  Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that Typhoon Ineng entered the Philippine area of responsibility but still too far to affect any part of the country. PAGASA spotted typhoon Ineng 1,240 kilometers east northeast of Basco, Batanes and it is moving at 24 kph.  The typhoon is estimated to have a maximum sustained winds of up to 185 kph and gustiness of 220 kph. The weather bureau said that there is a big possibility that typhoon Ineng to become a supertyphoon because it may still gain strength as it moves away from the Philippines. But this storm will nit directly affect the Philippines because it will just enhance southwest monsoon that will bring isolated rains in some parts of the country.  The typhoon Ineng is expected to exit soon and head towards Japan.
