According to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration PAGASA, it will hit the Metro Manila and it will pass through Region-4A in southern Luzon or also known as calabarzon.  National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) stated that almost 4,730 passengers are stranded in several ports and stations in the country and almost 22 domestic flights were cancelled because of the typhoon Feria. Tropical storm Feria left almost  251 people in Eastern Visayas homeless. Because of the heavy rain that typhoon Feria brought, it left a waist-deep floodwater in some part of the Bohol province.  Ten persons were missing. Due to typhoon Feria, there was a huge number of stranded vehicles around the country. These were 47 trucks, 49 cars, 502 rolling cargoes, 126 vessels, 131 motor bancas and 18 vessels in 24 ports.  Almost five persons lost their lives because of this tropical storm.  There were fishermen in Quezon and a man who drowned in Bantayan Island.
